When I design a piece of jewelry, there is always a moment when I feel it is finished. But over time, I’ve realized that maybe it isn’t.
Once a piece is worn, it begins a life of its own. It becomes part of someone’s days — where they go, what they wear, the moments they remember.
I think of it a little like a home. A home may be finished when we first walk into it, but after living there for years, it carries traces of us everywhere.
