Section 5 – Products & Handcrafted Customizations
Handcrafted Nature: Hikage jewelry is individually handcrafted using noble metals, untreated natural precious gemstones, and conflict-free diamonds. Minor variations in stone hue, texture, and milgrain finishing are characteristic of authentic artisan jewelry.
Color Display: We make every effort to display product colors, gemstone saturations, and metal finishes as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display monitor will accurately reflect true colors.
Custom & Sizing Orders: Bespoke orders and custom ring sizing (including fractional sizes submitted in the personalization box) are handcrafted specifically to your parameters and are subject to our Refund Policy.
Sales Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to discontinue any product line or design at any time.
Section 6 – Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order (including orders sharing the same customer account, credit card, billing, or shipping address).
If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
